Teetotal Lecture in Methodist Chapel

MINTARO.—On Thursday, August 25th, the Rev. H. B. Thomas delivered a teetotal lecture in the Primitive Methodist Chapel, Mintaro. The lecturer dwelt strongly on the duty of ministers to aid in the suppression of the evils arising from the drinking system. At the close of the service 14 signed the pledge.—Correspondent.
