W. LENNON has been instructed by Mr. M. B. Muir to sell, at Mintaro, on Wednesday, April 7, at noon—
That Valuable Property known as the MINTARO HOTEL, a first-class House, containing twelve Rooms together with a good STORE attached thereto.
The Hotel and Stores are substantially built of Stone, and have the usual Out-Offices, Pump, &c. In fact, a further description of this valuable property is unnecessary, as it is well known that the Hotel is one of the best in the colony out of Adelaide.
