GEO. GREEN will offer for sale by auction, Lot 15, MINTARO.
HOTEL, STORE, &c.
This very valuable Property consists of the MINTARO HOTEL and GENERAL STORE.
The House, together with the Store, contains THIRTEEN ROOMS and CELLAR, substantially built of Stone, and well finished.
There is also a SIX-STALLED STABLE, WELL of Good WATER, to which is affixed a PATENT PUMP. The Land consists of about three-quarters of an acre, as per Plan.
The above Property commands a very excellent business, which has been established upwards of seven years. The only reason for the proprietor (Mr. Muir) putting the same in the market is his intention of immediately leaving the colony.
