All that Valuable and First-Class LANDED PROPERTY, being that BLOCK of LAND known as the Southern Portion of E. Bowman’s, Esq., Wockie Belt Land, containing 127 Acres, or thereabouts, of superior and well-timbered country.
The above will be sold in one or three lots to suit purchasers.
Terms—One-third cash; one-third in six months at 8 per cent, per annum; balance in 12 months, bearing same interest.
