Harness Mares in foal
100 Head of well-bred Store Cattle, including good Milch Cows and three-year old Steers
3 first-rate Teams of Bullocks, Drays, and Gear, in good condition for the road.
1 well-bred Durham Bull
1 three-year-old Colt, fit for plough or machine.

Approved bills taken at four months for sums over £20.
