Primitive Methodist Chapel Mintaro.— A correspondent says:— ‘On Christmas Day the chapel anniversary sermons of the above place of worship were preached by the Rev. J. Warner, Kooringa. On the following day the children of the Sunday-school, with others who united with them in their amusements to the number of 50, were favoured with an excellent tea. The adult portion of the congregation enjoyed the tea, &c., prepared for them; after which a public meeting was well sustained—Mr. John Skewes in the chair—and addresses given by Messrs. W. and J. Pearce, T. Hutchins, and the Rev. W. Davidson, from Clare, and W. Wiltshire. The congregations throughout were good, and the very liberal collections evinced the warm interest felt by the audience. The entire proceeds amounted to £21.’
