Michael Tobin

MICHAEL TOBIN, Deceased.— Pursuant to the Property Act, No. 6 of 1860, NOTICE is hereby given that all Persons being CREDITORS of or otherwise having any Claims upon or against the Estate of Michael Tobin, late of Mintaro, in the Province of South Australia, Storekeeper, deceased, who died on the eighth day of November, 1883, at Mintaro aforesaid, and whose Will was proved on the eleventh day of December, 1883, in the Supreme Court of the said Province by Mary Ann Tobin, of Mintaro, James Dennis, of Gladstone, and Thompson Priest, of Mintaro, the Executors therein named, are required, on or before the twenty-ninth day of February, 1884, to SEND to the said Executors, or to the undersigned, the Solicitor of the said Executors, FULL PARTICULARS of their CLAIMS upon or against the said Estate, and the nature of Securities (if any) held by them; and that at the expiration of such time the said Executors will distribute the whole of the Assets of the said Testator amongst the Parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims of which they shall, then have notice, and will not after that time be liable for the Assets so distributed to any Person of whose Claim they shall not have had notice.
