IMPORTATION OF MULES

Importation of Mules.—The Malacca, Captain Coleman, sailed from Coquimbo on the 27th December, and arrived in Sydney on 28th March. The number of mules shipped was 217, and the number of asses 6, of whom 210 mules and 6 asses arrived in Sydney in good health and condition. The following are the quotations of date 15th December :—Copper ore, 10 per cent., 7 rials per quintal; 25 per cent., 23 ditto ditto ; 50 per cent., 7 dollars per ditto.
