GREEN AND WADHAM will offer for sale by auction—
UNDER INSTRUCTIONS FROM MR. PETER BRADY.
SIXTY ALLOTMENTS OF LAND, portions of Section 318, HUNDRED OF STANLEY,
adjoining the TOWNSHIP OF MINTARO,
forming an extension thereof, and called NORTH MINTARO.
The above Section, of which a BLOCK of about THIRTY-FIVE ACRES has been laid out and subdivided as above into Allotments of Half an Acre each and upwards, is situated between the Township of MINTARO and the CATHOLIC CHURCH.
Credit can be had if required.
