THE NEXT SALE of LANDED PROPERTIES at this MART will take place
On FRIDAY, the 22nd April, 1853,
When a large and valuable collection of PROPERTIES will be offered.
The succeedning (sic) SALE to the above will be held
On FRIDAY. May 13th, 1853,
When, in addition to a great variety of LANDED and HOUSEHOLD PROPERTIES, there will be brought to the hammer that well-known and beautiful property, the
UPPER WAKEFIELD AND HILL RIVER SPECIAL SURVEYS ;
and the unsold portions of the TOWNSHIP OF MINTARO.
ALSO,
That splendid CATTLE RUN or STATION; containing from 80 to 100 square miles, situate between Mount Arden and Mount Brown, and known as BROWN’S STATION.
